Last week saw the opening of two new movies under the same genre – romance comedy – ‘Tere Naal Love Ho Gaya’ and ‘Jodi Breakers’.

Although it could have been a tense moment for stars from both movies, it was a pleasant surprise to see them indulging in genuine fair play and professionalism. While Bipasaha Basu of ‘Jodi Breakers’ went out of her way to wish Riteish and Genelia the very best for TNLHG on Twitter, Riteish replied just as warmly with unfeigned wishes.

At a time when ego clashes are abundant in Bollywood, warm gestures on the part of stars such as Bips and Riteish are welcome.

Rumour had it that that Big B’s grand daughter will be named as Abhilasha.

The whole world agreed on how apt the name sounded with Abhishek’s and Aishwarya’s initials combined. But just when the buzzing rumour got everyone’s tongues wagging, Big B himself tweeted that the Baby Name rumour is untrue.

Looks like we’ll have to wait for the official word from the Bachchans!

Kareena: A Fan of the Khans

The undisputed queen of Bollywood, Kareena Kapoor, has worked with all the Khans!

She starred alongside Aamir in ‘3 Idiots’, SRK in ‘Ra.One’ and Salman in ‘Bodyguard’.

She called Salman a sweetheart and the lifeline of the industry. King Khan has a ‘bundle of energy’ and Aamir Khan is ‘truly a genius’ according to Kareena.

But finally, she has tagged her exclusive Khan, Saif, as a man with a ‘versatile’ personality!

Akshay to Star in ‘Satyagrah’- The Hindi remake of ‘Ko’

Akshay Kumar has been roped in to play the lead in Prakash Jha’s upcoming film ‘Satyagrah’. Highly impressed with the script, Akshay is keen on the project and will play the role essayed by Jeeva in the original movie.

Looking at the success of ‘Ko’ in South Indian theatres, great success can be expected with the Hindi remake as well.  Prakash Jha has definitely earned the vote of confidence from his audience with his last two movies, ‘Rajneeti’ and ‘Aarakshan’ and can definitely draw the audiences to the theatres. The unit is currently busy casting for other roles in the movie.

Kareena- Hotter than ever in Madhur Bhandarkar’s ‘Heroine’!

Kareena Kapoor might be seen in a hotter avatar! She had earlier refused to do any steamy scenes with Arjun Rampal in ‘Heroine’, but after Madhur’s assurance of shooting the scenes aesthetically and creatively she agreed for one such scene.

‘Heroine’ is Madhur Bhandarkar’s new creation which covers the glamorous, shocking, and scandalous stories of the Divas of yester years. It opens behind-the-scenes accounts of the glamour world.

Deepika shares screen with Rajnikant

Dazzling Deepika is ready to share screen space with South Indian Super Hero Rajnikanth in ‘Kochadaiyaan’!

The project has been directed by the Rajnikanth’s daughter, Soundarya and she chose Deepika as the lead. She initially was to join Rajnikanth in ‘Rana’, but the project was put on hold due to the illness of the superstar.

‘Kochadaiyaan’ is a multi-lingual 3D film that will have music by Indian music maestro A.R.Rahman.

Priyanka’s Ticket to Hollywood

The Junglee Billi of Bollywood, Priyanka Chopra, has become the first Bollywood actor to be signed up with CAA (Creative Artists Agency).

CAA, a prominent entertainment and sports agency is based in Los Angeles. She will soon debut with her first international album decided to release later this year. Priyanka, who was occupied with blockbusters, ‘Don 2’ and ‘Agneepath’ is currently busy with her next big project, ‘Krishh 3’.

‘The Serial Kisser’ of tinsel town, Emraan Hashmi has already wrapped his ‘Jannat 2’ and is now shooting fot ‘Raaz 3’.

Emraan tweets, “Thanks all for your wishes for ‘Raaz 3′. It started today. ‘Jannat 2′ is complete. Looking forward to Balaji (Telefilms) and Vishal Bhardwaj’s ‘Daayan’ soon. Can’t reveal the remaining cast yet.”

His last Blockbuster ‘The Dirty Picture’ and his upcoming project with Vidya Balan, ‘Kahaani’, will add to his transforming image as an actor.
